Bear Peek Inn
Treat yourselves to the perfect blend of elegance, luxury, and warmth in this beautiful, professionally decorated two story home in the Moonridge area. The lavish interior will soon have you wondering if you have checked into a 5 star resort hotel instead of a private mountain retreat!
With three large bedrooms plus an upstairs private sleeping loft and three and one half bathrooms, this airy and expansive “inn” can accommodate 12 persons. Large enough for a family reunion, this home is an easy 5 minute walk from the front door to the ski lift ticket office at Bear Mountain Resort, or if golf is your game, you can watch your ball fly (yes – it does go further in this altitude) on the links at Bear Mountain Golf Course.
Gather round the baby grand piano for Mozart, Scott Joplin or Christmas Carols, or challenge Dad to a game of pool, while the rest of the family is whipping up a feast in the gourmet kitchen (the kind you’ll wish you had at home). Or just get the grill and smoker ready for that outdoor mountain barbeque.
What could be better than soaking away the cares of the world in the Jacuzzi, situated in an open air glass conservatory on the back deck, or sipping a cappuccino on the patio looking at a snow covered hill?
The deer and buffalo roam right across the street at the Moonridge Zoo, but watch out for that bear looking in the upstairs window! Don’t be alarmed, it’s just a carving after all! But you will really feel like you are in the wild west when you hear the wolves howl, the grizzlies roar, and the owls hoot and it’s yes – it’s all in your front yard!!
